The background
Advertising account management constitutes one of the most time consuming tasks for sellers and agencies, especially when relying exclusively on the Amazon console and spreadsheet macros. This was the case for us
Lacking a native solution to visualize and totalize product ad data, often we found ourselves creating manually pivoted sheets from different downloaded spreadsheet reports.
Additionally, the process to make changes on each of multiple accounts required multiple steps, including downloading bulk files—with 20-30 minutes wait time—and complicated spreadsheet formulas to make changes. This became a very repetitive and time consuming operation as we had to deal with more accounts and hundreds of thousands of campaigns.
The only solution was to transition the advertising daily tasks from spreadsheet and the native console to our own web application, that would include all the features we needed and could not find in any other third party solution.
